Shipping & Returns
At Betta-Heating Ltd as soon as your order is placed it will be sent to our Warehouse team and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched from our Warehouse on the same day and be delivered the following day (Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on Monday). Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
We use leading courier services to deliver our products to ensure they arrive with you on time and in perfect condition. In some cases your order may have to be delivered on a Pallet so please ensure you have adequate space to receive this. If your delivery address is restricted to smaller vehicles please let us know right away by telephone or email to ensure there are no issues with your delivery. If you are not going to be in or have specific delivery instructions please let us know via telephone or email and we recommend that a note is left for the delivery driver stating this also.
The goods are delivered by a third party courier service so we recommend waiting until your goods have been delivered before booking Installers, Screeders etc and Betta-Heating Ltd are not liable for any delay in the goods being delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please check your received goods within 48 Hours and let us know immediately of any discrepancies with your order as soon as you notice them.
You have the right to cancel the order after receipt providing you inform us either by E-mail or Letter within 14 days of receiving your order.
Cancelled orders must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Upon us receiving your request to cancel as detailed above, we will forward returns reference and address details. All returned goods must be in the box/packaging that they were delivered to you in, and must not be used. If returned within this 14 day period the purchaser will be refunded in full, less our original delivery costs incurred to despatch the goods to the customer. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The acceptable extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Therefore if packaging seals are broken or cellophane wrapping is removed from items for example, this will be deemed as excessive handling and in such cases Betta-Heating Ltd reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund.
For goods customers wish to return outside of the 14 day period, we must receive a request via email to , detailing the original order number, the customer name and address and the reason for return request. Upon us receiving your request to return as detailed above, we will assess the request and if deemed suitable for return, forward returns reference and address details. All returned goods must be in the box/packaging that they were delivered to you in, and must not be used.
In the case a customer wishes to return a Full UFH Kit then we can only accept the whole kit, We will not accept Refund/Return notices on single items from the kits.
